Kirklees Council is delighted to lead on this ground-breaking partnership of local employers on apprenticeships.
As an employer we are committed to offering quality apprenticeships, ranging from new hires to developing our existing workforce. We have a very successful track record with award-winning programmes.
We are committed to doing even more as we strive to achieve a highly skilled and diverse workforce to deliver our services.
Apprenticeships are a great way to attract diverse talent and to upskill existing staff from entry to senior levels. This project has allowed us to work with our partners to bring additional investment to support employers in Kirklees.

We have had multiple successful apprenticeships where we have seen employees grow their skills and go on to great things, and we are excited to pursue this further to help more people upskill and maximise their potential.
